Ride or Die Makeup Tag

I was recently tagged by Amy from ocdRN Beauty to do the Ride or Die makeup tag! At first I was worried that I wouldn’t have enough “holy grail” level products to share, because there are just some categories (ahem- foundation, concealer, eyeliner and mascara) where I simply haven’t found my absolute favorite product yet. So instead of stressing over picking a product for EVERY category, I decided to only share the products I TRULY love. And here they are! To hear more details about these products, be sure to watch today’s YouTube video.

  1. I noticed that you haven’t mentioned NYX cosmetics. Some of their products don’t work for my oily skin, but I LOVE their eyeshadow primer. It is the best one I have used. I also tried their brow primer, but I like using the shadow primer for my brows better than the actual brow primer. I have found it at Target and at Ulta for about $6. Give it a shot some time 🙂

    1. Glad to hear their products have worked well for you!! I generally stay away from makeup brands with parent companies that test on animals (while NYX is cruelty-free, it is owned by L’Oreal which is not), not because I am opposed to buying from them necessarily, but because I have a lot of readers who are opposed to them and I want to try to be as inclusive as possible with the products I talk about!
